These Terms govern your access to and use of Nano Banana AI (the "Service") provided by Starvane. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Nano Banana AI is an AI-powered image editing service that transforms user-provided images using text prompts. Outputs are generated algorithmically and may be unpredictable.

Eligibility and account

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activities.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service.

Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles taxes, payment methods, and billing statements. By purchasing, you authorize Creem to charge your selected payment method.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions from the Billing page or via the Creem Customer Portal.

Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
